EFSA (The European Food Safety Authority) projects
Lot 1 - Vertebrate and Mammalian toxicology:
- Preparation of a Report on Applicability of physicochemical data, QSARs and read-across in Threshold of Toxicological Concern assessment
- Retrieval, collation and entry of isoflavone data in an excel-spreadsheet and access database created by the contractor
- Reports on toxicokinetics, toxicity and allergenicity data on substances to be evaluated as acceptable previous cargoes for edible fats and oils
- Data collection and data entry for EFSA’s chemical hazards database
EU project
- COSMOS Integrated In Silico Models for the Prediction of Human Repeated Dose Toxicity of Cosmetics.
- (FP7-HEALTH-2010-Alternative-Testing). The project will address the assessment needs of the cosmetics industry by delivering an integrated suite of computational tools to predict the effects of long-term exposure to cosmetic ingredients in humans. Consortium: SMEs (MN, Insilico, S-IN, MIRA, KNIME); Universities (LJMU, UNIBRAD) and Research Institutes (ISLI, INERIS, NIC, CBME-BAS); regulatory agencies (JRC, USFDA, USEPA). S-IN leading WP3 Innovative Chemistry Approaches
Duration: 5 years.
