We are seeking candidates to fill the position of Sales Representative, who will sell computational toxicology services in Italy and other countries (e.g. CH and UK).

The Toxicology Unit of S-IN Soluzioni Informatiche provides consultancy and services in generating and interpreting toxicological information for risk assessment of chemicals without the need of in vivo or in vitro tests in compliance with regulations.

General role description.

The Sales Representative will be part of the toxicology team and manage the whole commercial workflow from the Account qualification phase to the Lead, Contact and Customer generation one. The mission of the role is:

  • gaining sales objectives, interacting with the Sales Directors and partners
  • strengthening relationships with the customers
  • strengthening loyalty of the customers
  • pursuing the profitability of the Company, and at the same time the customer satisfaction.
Main tasks.

The Sales Representative:

  • strengthens the relationship with the customer, offering information, consultancy and support according to the service portfolio
  • works together with the Project Manager and the Applications / Research Scientists
  • knows how to prioritize on sales generating the most profit
  • manages the order arrival and the delivery phase, supported by the staff, verifying the customer satisfaction at the end of the workflow
  • finds ideas to generate prospects and nurture the existing customers
  • keeps an up-to-date knowledge on toxicology subjects to facilitate the sales of the services
  • customers
  • participates at events of the specific field to meet prospects and customers, and increase knowledge of the market
  • analyzes the markets and the competitors
  • is familiar with the whole product portfolio of the Company to facilitate up and cross selling
  • uses the CRM software to manage the sales workflow.
Requested skills, education and experience.
  • Scientific degree
  • Previous experience of 2-4 years as Sales Representative in pharma, medical or chemical fields
  • Good knowledge of the territory
  • Willing to travel
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • German and/or French speaking will be appreciated.

  • Relational Intelligence: listening attitude, to analyze, recognize, and develop the contributions of the colleagues, stimulate opinions, set the communication register according to the medium and the audience
